My mission is to enable cultures at work where people can learn, feel safe, and do their best work.

I'm the oldest child of two business owners who I saw care deeply for their customers, employees, and community. My parents sacrificed so I could get a great education. I got a scholarship to attend the most expensive college here. It was a transformative experience to watch the Global Financial Crisis, and learn from diverse students and disciplines on its impact. The experience cemented my passion for making innovative education accessible. I've worked around the world to do this, including leading a UK STEM university, developing advanced tech capabilities for companies like GE, and advising US universities on new ventures.

After a decade, I'm back in the US with my wife, Selamile, where we’ve had our two daughters. As AI and geopolitics fundamentally redefine how we setup talented people for success, I’m looking forward to train talent and enhancing workplaces. I value your expertise as I translate my perspectives to the U.S..
