My mission is to use technology and training to help people learn, feel safe, and do their best work.
I grew up in a rigid system demanded choosing either STEM or humanities path in high school. Seeking a broader horizon, I found freedom at a liberal arts college in Maine, where I studied the Global Financial Crisis in real time, from multiple disciplines that were deeply enriching. That experience cemented my belief in the power of meaningful applied learning. Since then, I’ve worked to expand access to transformative education and technology—leading a UK STEM university, advising U.S. college presidents on turnarounds, and launching technical training for companies like GE.
As the first born of 2 small business owners, I’m excited to launch this chapter to acquire and grow a mission-driven company into a national leader. I’m excited to apply a decade of global experience and networks to build a business impacting everyday lives.
Inspired by the biblical parable of the talents, I strive to live up to the meaning of my name—Theodore, ‘gift of God’—by stewarding my gifts and priviledges in loving service of others.
