My mission is to enable workplaces where people can learn, feel safe, and do their best work.

I'm the oldest child of two business owners who I saw care deeply for their customers, employees, and community. My parents sacrificed so I could get a great education. I got a scholarship to attend the most expensive US college. It was a transformative experience to experience the Global Financial Crisis unfold, while learning from diverse students and disciplines on its impact. The experience cemented my passion for making innovative education accessible. I've pursued this relentlessly, including as president of a UK STEM university, developing advanced tech capabilities for companies like GE, and advising investors.

After a decade, I'm back in Boston with my wife, Selamile, where we’ve had our two daughters. As AI and geopolitics fundamentally redefine how we setup talented people for success, I’m looking forward to train talent and leverage software to enhancing productivity.
